What you see on this page
Left panel (filters)
Search: action, user, IP, subject (as available)
All actions: filter by action type
All users: filter by staff member
All subjects: filter by entity type (e.g., Item, Stock check-in/out, Branding)
Date range: focus on a specific time window
Pagination size (e.g., 10 per page)
Reset: clears filters
Audit table (main area)
Date / Time: when the action occurred
User / Email: who performed it
Action: the action label (e.g., “Item created”, “Stock check-in created”)
Subject: entity affected (e.g., Item, Stock check-out, Branding settings)
Subject ID: internal identifier for traceability
Actions: view/export/related actions (depending on configuration)
Top actions
Export: generate an export file (PDF/CSV/XLSX depending on system settings)
Print: print the visible audit report
Typical workflow (investigate a stock discrepancy)
Filter Subject to stock check-in / stock check-out.
Set Date range to the incident period.
Filter by User if you suspect a specific operator.
Export or Print the audit log for review and archiving.
Notes
Audit Log is for traceability; inventory quantities still follow movement documents as the source of truth.
Use exports for monthly audits or compliance documentation.
