Important note (recommended printer setup)
Before using printing features, configure your printer profiles in System → Printers. For best results, set up three dedicated printers:

The Printers screen lets administrators create and manage printer profiles used across Stockra. Printer profiles define where and how different outputs are printed (receipts, labels, and A4 reports). This ensures each document type is routed to the correct device without manual re-selection each time.

  1. Create a Reports printer (A4/Letter) and set it as Default for Reports.

  2. Create a Labels printer (label size + high DPI) and set it as Default for Labels.
