
Branding controls the global visual identity of Stockra. From this screen, administrators can set the system name, choose the primary UI color theme, select typography (font), and configure the logo and favicon. These settings help align the application with your company brand and provide a consistent experience for all users.

Branding summary (left panel)
Displays the current branding snapshot:
System name
System color (theme)
Font
Main settings (right panel)
System name
Defines the displayed name of the system (shown in the sidebar and header areas).
System color
Select the global theme/accent color used across the UI components.
Font
Select the typography used throughout the interface (example shown: IBM Plex Sans).
Recommended: choose fonts that match your language set (especially if you use RTL languages).
Default icon
Icon picker that controls the default system icon used in navigation and visual branding (when logo is not used or as a fallback).
Logo & favicon images
Two tabs:
Logo: upload a brand logo
Favicon: upload the small browser tab icon
Upload supports common formats (PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG).
Recommended logo height is shown (e.g., 32–48px) to keep layouts clean.
Action
Save: applies branding changes system-wide.
Typical workflow (recommended)
Set System name to your company/system name.
Choose a System color that matches your brand palette.
Select a Font that is readable for your primary languages.
Choose a Default icon (or keep the existing one).
Upload Logo and Favicon.
Click Save and refresh the page if needed to confirm updates appear everywhere.
Notes & best practices
Keep the logo simple and readable at small sizes; avoid wide banners.
Upload a square favicon (commonly 32×32 or 48×48) for best compatibility.
If your staff uses Arabic or other RTL languages, consider selecting a font that renders those scripts clearly (or set a per-language font in Languages).
