How label quantities work
Each selected item has its own label quantity.
Total labels = sum of all selected item quantities.
“Labels per page” controls the page layout density; it does not change label count—only how labels are arranged on pages.
Typical workflow (print QR labels for SKU)
Open Label printing and switch to QR code.
Choose the template size (e.g., 40 × 40 mm).

Select the items you want to label.
Set label quantity for each item using + / -.
Choose the target printer (Label Printer).

Click Print Label to print.
Typical workflow (print barcodes)
Switch to Barcode tab.
Choose the barcode template size (e.g., 50 × 25 mm).
Select items and quantities.
Click Print Label.
Notes & best practices
Use QR (SKU) labels when your workflow relies on SKU scanning and internal identification.
Use Barcode labels when your products already have standardized numeric barcodes.
For large batches, set “Labels per page” to a higher value to reduce paper usage, while ensuring labels remain readable for scanners.
Troubleshooting
If the label output is blank or missing codes, confirm the item has SKU/barcode populated (depending on label type).
If printing does not start, confirm the correct printer is selected and printing permissions/settings are configured on the server/client environment.
