The Export Center is the single place to track, manage, and download all generated exports across the system. Exports are prepared in the background and appear here when ready, so users can safely continue working without waiting for files to generate.
Where you find it
Output management → Export center
What you see on this page

All statuses: filter exports by status (e.g., ready, processing, failed—depending on your build).
All types: filter by report type/output (e.g., Items report, Partners report, Audit log).
Requested by: filter by the staff member who requested the export.
Select date range: filter exports by creation/completion period.
Reset: clears all filters.
Exports table (main area)
Output: the report name (e.g., Items report, Partners report, Audit log).
Format: the exported file type (PDF, CSV, XLSX).
Status: current export state (e.g., Ready To Download).
Created: request creation timestamp.
Completed: completion timestamp.
Requested by: who generated the export.
Actions: download or related actions (depending on status and permissions).
Typical workflow (download a report)
Generate an export from any module (Inventory, Movements, Partners, Audit Log, etc.).
Open Output management → Export center.
Filter by status “Ready To Download” (or by report type/date).
Click the download action to retrieve the file.
Notes & best practices
Use Export Center as a “report history” to re-download prior reports without regenerating them.
For large datasets, exporting in CSV/XLSX is often faster and easier for analysis, while PDF is better for printing and archiving.
Troubleshooting
If an export stays “Processing” for a long time, check server resources and file permissions (storage directories).
If an export fails (if your build shows failure states), regenerate after confirming requirements and permissions.
